Job Details & Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional front-line customer service.
· Respond to incoming phone calls.
· Execute general office responsibilities.
· Greet and welcome walk-ins in a professional manner.
· Possess fundamental math skills.
· Capable of managing several tasks while ensuring accurate information intake.
· Conduct data entry.
· Demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Engage in the Sales & Marketing efforts of the business.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in an office environment, including clerical and sales roles.
· Bilingual, with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
· Must have dependable transportation and be open to travel as required by the business.
· Have a friendly and approachable demeanor.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Monday through Friday
