Shift: Open availability and work every other weekend

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.
- Take out trash, sweep, mop as necessary.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trays.
- Perform any or all clean-up chores as assigned by the supervisor.
- Keep work areas clean and uncluttered and safe.
- Able to work in a kitchen setting and assist as a cashier when needed.
- All other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for a long period of time during a shift.
- Clean criminal background.
- Dress code enforced.
- Attendance mandatory.
- Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
- Maintain clean/dry floors throughout shift.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to be cross-trained.
- Strong work ethic, including diligence, a positive attitude, and passion for cleanliness.
- Must be reliable, efficient, and take pride in the work.
- Punctual, responsible and dedicated.
