Warehouse Associate
Location: Brooksville, FL
Labor Solutions Inc., a staffing agency, is actively recruiting warehouse associates for immediate placement with their client. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential requirements for this position.
Core Responsibilities & Job Duties:
- Picking specific construction materials, building custom kits, and staging pallets tailored to individual project specifications for outbound delivery.
- Organizing building supplies, labeling boxes, wrapping pallets, and utilizing inventory management systems to track and optimize designated warehouse storage zones.
- Packing and shipping structural and finish materials safely so they arrive at construction job sites nationwide undamaged.
- Breakdown pallets.
- Knowledge using a scissor lift.
Schedules & Shifts:
- Standard First Shift: Typically, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation & Pay Structure:
- Starting Base Rate: Generally, $17.00 per hour to start.
Key Position Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Heavy lifting, loading and unloading freight, standing for prolonged periods, and safely operating basic warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Workplace Standards: Passing an in-person drug screening and background check is mandatory. Our client maintains a strict non-smoker/smoke-free policy across its facility grounds
